     With no end in sight for World War I, the United States instituted its third and final registration. It included all men who were between the ages of 18 and 45 years of age. This added younger men than the previous registrations, those who were born between September 12, 1897 and September 12, 1900; and added an older group of men, born after September 12, 1873. Edward Joseph Kelly filled out a draft card on 9 September 1918 Randolph, Indiana, listing Margaret G Kelly as a contact. He was medium height and stout in build, with blue eyes and gray hair. He listed his profession as machine hand at Dayton Metal Prod. Co. of Dayton Ohio, and his address as 629 Union St., Union City Indiana.10 Edward Joseph Kelly lived on 12 September 1918 at Union City, Randolph, Indiana, USA.10 He registered for the draft on 25 April 1942, listing his address as 63 Warder St, Dayton, Montgomery, Ohio.
